What we actually do
Most leadership programmes fail because they teach theory in a conference room and hope it sticks. We take a different approach: we observe your leaders in real meetings, give them direct feedback the same week, and measure changes in team output over 90 days. Here is a snapshot of our core work.
One-to-one executive coaching
Six or twelve sessions with a single coach, scheduled fortnightly. Each session lasts 75 minutes and focuses on one concrete challenge you bring from that week. Between sessions, you complete short exercises designed to test new behaviours in real situations.
Team diagnostic and realignment
We interview every member of a leadership team, map the decision-making patterns, and present findings in a half-day workshop. The output is a written action plan with owners and deadlines, not a slide deck that gathers dust.
Leadership capability assessment
A structured 360-degree review built around the specific competencies your organisation needs, not a generic questionnaire. We score results against our database of 1,200 UK leaders and identify the two or three areas where improvement will have the biggest impact on business performance.

Since 2017, we have worked with 84 companies across Scotland and the wider UK. Our clients include mid-size technology firms, NHS trusts, and family-owned manufacturing businesses. The problems differ, but the pattern is the same: leaders who are technically brilliant but struggle to get a group of people pulling in one direction.
We are not a large consultancy. Our team is five consultants, each with at least fifteen years of management experience before they moved into coaching. That matters because the people advising your leaders have sat in the same chair.
Every engagement starts with a scoping call (free, 30 minutes) where we decide together whether we are the right fit. About one in five enquiries, we refer elsewhere because the issue is better handled by an HR specialist or a therapist. We would rather turn work away than deliver something mediocre.
